Please call to schedule an appointment. Appointments made over the phone are the most efficient way to reserve your salon time .

First-time Salon Guests receive a 20% savings on all Take Home products.

A credit card is required to reserve an appointment for all first time guests receiving a chemical service.

Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. For missed appointments, or appointments not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours prior, the guest’s credit card will be charged 50% of their scheduled service(s).

Please be prompt when arriving for appointments. To avoid delaying on-time guests, appointments will end as scheduled for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late your stylist may not be able to service you.

Take Home products may only be returned for credit toward your next Take Home purchase.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us! Any adjustments to a service received must be made within 10 calendar days from the initial appointment. There are no refunds on service(s).

As a courtesy to other guests please silence you cell phones while in the salon. Please use earbuds/earphones while viewing videos.

We accept cash as well as all major credit/debit cards. A service charge of 2.8% will be added to all credit/debit card payments.
